Caramel Hazelnut Pear Tarts in in puff pastry shells with cranberry sorbet, and garnished with toasted hazelnuts, cranberry caramel, and a caramel deco.

Frozen Chocolate mousse with milk chocolate grids on top of a dark chocolate cookie grid garnished with rasperries, creme chantilly, and raspberry sauce.

Baked apple with calvados, brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries, and walnuts in a vanilla cookie cup and cinnamon ice cream garnished with caramelized puff pastry and caramel decos.
